Just random thoughts from me. As someone once so oddly put it- I'm the kind of person you'd like to keep in your pocket and pull out when Life is dull. Where this person came up with I have no clue. However, welcome to me.

Party City
Well Saturday night was the first time the husband and I have been out without the baby in a long time. My grandmother kept the baby for a few hours while we went to a surprise party for an old friend of mine from high school. I have to say it was really nice to have a bit of time where someone wasn't crawling all over me, sneezing on me, spitting up on me, or any of the other natural baby functions.

Twilight DVD
I just wanted to share my excitement that the Twilight DVD comes out tomorrow! Silly, I know, but who cares. I've been rereading the books over the last week. I should finish the third today, and be onto the fourth. Oh yah, I'm Team Edward!

I Pretty Much Quit

Yep, I pretty much quit writing for awhile. Nothing on a schedule now, just random blips of when I feel like venting or sharing. Life has become hectic again. Work is flowing with lots of different things now. Mainly trying to get occupants for empty facilities while still juggling the everyday stuff. Home has been a place of stress and comfort. Weird that it's one in the same, but it is. I come home, relaxed to finally be done with the work day, and not having to type or write up anything more, but then again coming home means dealing with a constantly dirty house and a cranky baby.
My once sweet, little girl has turned into a steadily cranky nine month old. Cutting teeth and snotty noses generally keep us on our toes. Bedtime some nights seem more like an epic battle rather than quiet, peaceful time that I send my angelic child off to sleep. By the time I get her down most nights, it's already 9:30pm-10pm and I'm so exhausted and just waiting for the minute I can lay my heavy head down on my soft bed. But wait! There's still bottles to be washed, laundry to do, floors to clean, clothes to hang up, bags to get ready for the next day, a shower to be taken, not to mention to look over whatever work found it's way home in my bag.
Needless to say, I need a break!
